• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.
• Delivery: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Returns & Replacement Policy

We want you and your child to love our products. We quality-check every item before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To ensure a smooth and fair resolution for everyone, we strictly require an unboxing video to process any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.

How to record your video:

• - Start recording before opening the package. The entire, sealed parcel must be visible in the frame.
• - Show the shipping label clearly.
• - Open the package in one continuous, unedited shot.
• - Inspect the product thoroughly in front of the camera.

Reporting an issue:

• If you find any issues (damage, defects, or incorrect items), please contact us via 9848686942 within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date.
• Please attach the unboxing video and mention your Order ID.

Important Notes:

• - Claims submitted without a clear, uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for a return or replacement.
• - Items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a return.
• - We cannot accept returns or provide replacements if the issue is reported after the 2-day window.
